Headquartered in Beijing, Changjiang Guangyuan Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive trading enterprise integrated with the sales of construction machinery, and commercial vehicles . Established at Daxing District, Beijing in 1999, the construction machinery operation employs a staff of over 170 people with an annual turnover of over RMB 100 million.

I. Operating Concept
    Our operations are concentrated on the key projects within Beijing development plan, supported by national policy. In these years, we have focused on offering top services in such projects of Beijing’s infrastructure construction as irrigation, landscaping, mining, and transportation. We lay a lot of our efforts on market survey and research. We often visit construction sites to collect customers’ comments and requirements on the functions, quality, and operating status of the construction machines and feed them back to our manufacturers so that they can improve their products continuously. We have come into several agreements with the manufacturers to reduce circulating circles and costs so as to better serve our customers. 

II. Main Business
    We are mainly dealing with the sales of construction machinery, along with the parts sales, vehicles and construction machinery maintenance and service. We are the agent of the following products:

Japan Kato series products (Covering Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, and Beijing)
Yigong loaders and waste handling machines of 999 Yichun Engineering Machinery Inc.
Chanlin loaders and excavators of Shandong Changlin Group
Kobelco excavators and Chenggong rollers of Chengdu Kobelco Group
Jiande loaders of Fujian Jiande Group
Anli cranes of Anhui Anli Zhengzhong Co., Ltd.
Xiazhuang Loader of Xiamen Xiazhuang Co., Ltd.

III.Operating State
    In 2003, the automobile sales were over 294 vehicles and construction machinery was over 498 sets with a sales amount of over RMB 100 million; the sales of construction machinery parts amounted to almost RMB 6 million; and the repair income created new record. In 2004, the sales of construction machinery and the parts were increasing while we expanded our operating scale and added new brands.

IV.Prospect
    In order to keep pace with the automation and modernization of China’s construction machinery and equipment, we have actively implemented ISO9000 Quality System, contacted with domestic and oversea manufacturers closely. With Beijing’s successful bid of 2008 Olympic Games, Beijing’s infrastructure construction projects supported by the country such as irrigation, transportation, landscaping have been conducted in ever-large scale, which have supplied us with unprecedented business opportunities. Headquartered in South Third Ring, we have several wholly-owned subsidiaries in the suburb of Beijing. According to company’s five-year plan, we will expand our sales branches all over China to offer quality products and services to our customers. We will also spend more efforts on the sales of branded and construction machinery through the cooperation with well-known domestic and oversea manufacturers.
